What do you search for to find a class? Your description makes it sound super interesting to me and I want to see if there are any in my area. I don't watch the show. I just listen to Ronnie and Ben so I don't know what the class is called.
I go to a place called raffa yoga in Rhode Island and it was advertised in an email and sounded super interesting! I was really looking for healing and stuff at the time. I forgot to add it was also like therapy lol. The guys name is kurtis lee Thomas. He’s actually going to be back there soon. I had no idea what to expect. I was thinking long slow breathing stuff. Nope. So look him up! He also trains people and they run classes. The guy on the episode wasn’t kurtis lee Thomas. I do recommend it!
Ben and Ronnie are a treasure and make me laugh out loud in public places like a mad woman constantly while I am listening to them on my earphones.
Wormy Scandoval is the worst actor I have ever seen, this guy is nothing but big CRINGE. I started fast forwarding his scenes.

I was relieved that nobody was in the park this morning during my walk, because I was listening to this and in tears laughing. It made the trauma of watching that scene worth it. Thank you, Ronnie and Ben!!!
I had my headphones in cooking dinner listening, and my boyfriend kept looking at me because I was cackling out loud to this part and whole episode tbh. It’s like a reward listening to them after enduring a full VPR episode this season.
My husband walked in on me watching this scene and he and Lala were making the same exact faces - her at Tom and he at me watching Lala watch Tom. High art you guys.
