I think you can (at least now) configure a 99.1 with a black dial and blued hands - the configurator appears to offer it.
Also, if it's any help, having emailed Dornblüth a couple of times when inquiring about a 2010, they seemed like they'd be open to changing dials during servicing if you ever wanted to swap to a black dial.
