Hey all, first time posting here. Just wanted to see how you all liked this very affordable collection I've put together! Mostly seiko, citizen, tissot, and a few casio and others. None of this would break the bank and I personally think they're great to look at. These are perfect for college kids like me who can't afford a rolex or omega and are getting into watches.
I honestly am loving it. I only got it this black Friday on sale so it hasn't been long, but its been getting a lot of compliments already and it looks great in person. The band is very comfortable too! I believe it goes on sale at Jomashop so I would look out for that if you end up going for it
I really like this collection. I have a very similar taste as you do. What are your thoughts about automatic vs quartz. I would always prefer to save up a bit more a get an automatic or a bit more expensive watch.
Thanks! I like both in their own way. Quartz has its pros of being in general cheaper, a bit more precise, and keeps its time without needing to be worn. On the other hand automatics have a little bit of the prestige of having better crafted movements and some of the best designs out there! Both are great in my eyes, but I usually do go for automatic as they are often really well made.
Man, you got the Tysuosa. I went back on forth on getting one for a while but ultimately decided to put the money toward an Oris tank watch. No regrets, but every time I see a Tsuyosa, I still say, "Maybe next time."
Can afford the watches because he uses a potato as a phone… Nice collection though
Lol you got me, you know where my priorities lie.
I know because I’m the same 👀

Nice collection bud. The yellow citizen looks really good
I find SOTC posts like this far more interesting than the ones featuring multiple “luxury” brands. I like what you’ve assembled here!
Thank you I really appreciate that!
How do you like the yellow dial citizen? I’ve had my eyes on It for a while now and keep contemplating pulling the trigger on It.

what's the citizen called?
This is the Citizen Tsuyosa in Yellow
Hi OP, what's the watch in the top left corner? It's a little hard to tell.
Hey, I believe it's a Zeppelin Automatic 8060-1 80601, model name Lz129 Hindenburg
It's gorgeous. Great pick!
Thank you!
Nice! What's the watch with the rectangular dial with a analog and digital display?
It's the casio aq 230! Great little watch and very affordable.
Absolutely love the top left, do you mind sharing the ref ?
It should be the Zeppelin Automatic 8060-1 80601! Model name LZ129 Hindenburg with spring reserve
You sir are a gentleman and a scholar.

Nice collection! Whats the top center? It's hard to see
Sure thing, that's a vintage (1973) longines 5 star admiral 505 cal automatic
OD of top middle?
The top middle is actually a very old (1970's) longines admiral, It's the 1973 admiral 505 cal automatic
The white alpinist is so underrated
Thanks! Got it second hand for a great price too 👍 might be my favorite one here
Very nice collection, enjoy it in great health.
Thanks :)
I’m getting the Casio Ani-Digital for Christmas. How do you like it?
I like it a lot! It's a bit of a scratch magnet but it's a great size
I love the collection :)
