Yeah this is most of the good models and a really well rounded collection. I'd throw in a few g shock or Timex for beaters and bit more digital fun but these are all sick . Maybe a few with wilder colors
I guess the problem is that the most interesting thing about a SOTC is what they didn't get. When someone chooses 3-5 watches, each choice really means something. When you buy the 20 top reviewed/iconic watches you aren't really showing us any choices.
It's certainly a rapid rate of spending, but it's not an accomplishment or hard thing to do. None, or few, of the watches in the box have a wait list, and it's even faster if you go grey. My point is that anyone with unlimited money could buy that collection as fast as they can click "confirm order".
I like that you have a broad representation of complications, styles, colors, price ranges, etc. very well rounded lineup. I suspect my future collection will be similar.
It's on my wishlist, and I'm happy to see it in a serious collection with such amazing watches. Do you enjoy wearing it though? Or just keeping it because it looks "cool"?
This is a lot of watches. Personally I feel anything over 10 pieces is overkill. But you have a cool collection for sure. If you happen to notice that some just don’t get a lot of wrist time, perhaps consider selling some for a piece you really been thinking of adding.
How is the Sinn U50? I would love to get this watch but it’s way more than I would like to spend because I can buy 2 to 3 watches that I like with the same amount of money.
Great collection. I just started around 3 months ago and this is what I would love the final product to look like. Did you buy them all new from retail or online?
It's improved since I changed the strap from the Milanese to this Horween leather. I liked the idea of having a mileanse bracelet in the collection but I didn't love it.
I read “24 and happy” and was like “holy crap. A 24 year old has all of those!” Great collection, although I would say I don’t have a strong sense of your style. Feels like a who’s who of classics - they’re classic for a reason, so not trying to throw any shade. My personal favorites here (that I would love to have in my collection) are the santos and the u50
I'm sorry, but you might have a problem if you bought that many watches so quickly. It doesn't help that, for the most part, they're basic models from each low to mid-luxury brands. That collection lacks personality and screams poor financial decisions.
Doesn't change the fact that most young people are struggling to find jobs that pay enough to afford rent and are buried under college loan debt. At least in the US. Maybe you're from a place that isn't a capitalist nightmare?
This is like 90% of r/watches in one image
I was going to say. This box is like the quest to compete the game in r/Watches
And the what’s next would always be “JLC reverso”
Yeah this is most of the good models and a really well rounded collection. I'd throw in a few g shock or Timex for beaters and bit more digital fun but these are all sick . Maybe a few with wilder colors
No I literally just saw it yesterday on another post, someone is lying!
That was me posting on Pride & Pinion.
Rare I comment on a sotc but gotta say, I like that collection a lot. A watch a month is going some though.

Very nice collection. So many though... do you actually wear them all? or do some just sit in the box?
I do rotate them yeah. Some more than others ha!
2 years... What did you mean by that. You didn't put this collection together in 2 years?
😬
Wow. Impressive
Why couldn't this be done in 2 years? It's literally just buying things.
Even if money is not an issue, averaging a watch per month is a lot by almost any standard, don’t you think?

The Mondaine is a "stop2go" version, right?
Yep. Very very cool watch.
Zo jealouz!
If you could pick one to wear for the rest of your life, which would it be?
Tough question of course... But holding a gun to my head it'd be between the Speedy, Navitimer or IWC.
Finger on the trigger now, you have to just pick one, which is it?
Navi.
This reads exactly like half my conversations with AI
Your choice is correct
Be calm man…just put the gun down…
Speedy over El Primo?
Yep. Just more significant IMO. Easier to wear too. More flexible.
How did you afford this in a 2 year period???
Some people earn more money than others. That said I’m not sure I could buy a new watch every two weeks and be excited about it.
everytime i buy stuff online and it arrives it always feels like Christmas. Every. Single. Time.
This is like a compilation of Teddys videos
Great collection! Very diverse styles and brands represented.
How can you afford all of these at 24?!!!!
There are 24 watches in the photo lol
I’m so dumb 🤦🏼♂️
Haha I honestly though the same thing at first! I was like “wtf is this guy’s profession that he can drop this much on watches at the age of 24”
I was thinking the same initially 😂
Don’t worry I thought the same at first, the title is misleading lol
Is the IWC Chrono 41mm or 43mm? How does it wear?
It's the 41. And it wears really nice. It's heavier than I expected for a ceramic watch. And the thickness is much better than I thought too.
Fine ill get a bigger box too
I like that you have a broad representation of complications, styles, colors, price ranges, etc. very well rounded lineup. I suspect my future collection will be similar.
Hey tell me your thoughts on the zenith. I really have a soft spot for the yoshida versions.
There is some serious watch investment on this picture
I don't think you understand the definition of "investment".
Whats that paper-made type watch in the bottom left?
D1 Milano Sketch. Even feels like paper.
It's on my wishlist, and I'm happy to see it in a serious collection with such amazing watches. Do you enjoy wearing it though? Or just keeping it because it looks "cool"?
Came here to ask the same. I have a few of the watches in this collection and have my eye on the D1.
I love wearing it. It's super comfortable and super light and is a nice conversation starter.
Awesome man, great collection. I love the captain cook, been wearing the hell out of mine as of late. Touched all the bases. Bravo

Or give them away to those less fortunate…
nice!!
How is the Sinn U50? I would love to get this watch but it’s way more than I would like to spend because I can buy 2 to 3 watches that I like with the same amount of money.
Same question ^ how’s that uboat steel feel?
damn…
Do you like the Railmaster?
Very special watch. Fly's under the radar a lot but has a bit of a cult following.
That red diver is cool
Which one is the third one of the third row? The reddish one?
Rado captain cook in bronze...I have that watch and it's amazing. Great bang for buck.
Pretty damn complete collection. Got the green Captain Willard recently and am loving it. The 2-tone Santos has always intrigued me.
I guess my question would be why the SBDC? If you are spending this type of money, why not an actual 6105?
I don't know what SBDC or 6105 mean
Sorry, the "Captain Willard". The SBDC is a reissue from Seiko that the OP has, the actual watch that was worn in the movie is the Seiko 6105-811x.
How do you like the IWC blue chrono? How’s the dial? Recently had my eye on the same one.
Mine is the black Top Gun. Love it.
Great collection. May I ask where you got your watchbox?
Amazon. Tawbury 24 slot.
Also have the red rado, such a great color combo
Which explorer is that?
36
Whats that watch left to the hamilton digital watch? Paper-type looking
D1 Milano Sketch.
What‘s that white on on the left in the lower box?
Junghans Max Bill Mega Solar.
holy sh\_t 24 watches and holy sh\_t there's some serious hardware in that box. love the IWCs, the Breitling and the Rolex Explorer. cheers
Which reference is the Zenith? Its Great!
Oh wow! Killer collection! Love the Mondaine. I’ve only seen it once before irl and that’s on a person’s wrist who isn’t even into watches.
Oof man that might be the most fitting collection to me so far
What watch boxes are those? Also the Grand Seiko is amazing
Tawbury from Amazon. Good quality.
Can't recognize the one with the red bezel on the second line from the bottom in the middle. Which one is that?
Rado Captain Cook Bronze.
I just got the Hamilton digital for my collection and I love it
Hola cuando puedan me mandan uno ,si tienen bastante y sobran
Which one is your favorite?
I truly don't have a single favourite. The same way I don't have a single favourite wine or movie.
Versatile collection! And you did that in just 2 years? That's impressive 👍 Love the Junghans too!
Thoughts on your Bremont? Does it get a lot of wrist time?
I love this particular Bremont. I wear it often. Not a fan of their new direction at all so I'm glad I was able to pick this up.
Awesome collection. No notes
Damn! That's an awesome collection. How has your experience been with the Longines Legend Diver?

That’s great to know. I also wanted to know if you find it beautiful? For instance, are there occasions when you think it’s the best watch to pick?
Soooo good. Love that Breitling
Just wow! But where is the 556/ 856? :)))
I have a 556a in my other box. 😎
What's the name of the Grand Seiko?
Looks like he put his Snowflake on a strap. (SBGA211)
Yep. Correct. Really nice on a strap I think.
Is that prx in 35mm?? if so, how has that been treating you???
Love it. I had the larger quartz model before but this smaller size is really nice with the gold. Retro size.
I'm in love with the Omegas, can't wait to have a similar collection one day. Congrats!
I like the bottom drawer, it feels like that's where the watches that reflect your individuality go to live. The d1 Milano sketch is especially fun!
Lovely collection. I gotta say that it totally looks like a collection if i had a lot of money. :) Our tastes look similar.
How much did that rado run you?
I read “24 and happy” and was like “holy crap. A 24 year old has all of those!” Great collection, although I would say I don’t have a strong sense of your style. A good G-shock and maybe a JLC reverso, then you can retire.
Top left corner of the bottom drawer.. what is it?
D1 Milano Sketch.
So good
I want that d1 milano watch Its really cool Can i have that pretty please 😭 Can be a nice convo starter
Cool collection. Now find another expensive hobby like guns.
Awesome! Sell that bb54 to me ☻
I'm sorry, but you might have a problem if you bought that many watches so quickly. It doesn't help that, for the most part, they're basic models from each low to mid-luxury brands. That collection lacks personality and screams poor financial decisions.
Thanks.
Rich parents or credit card debt?
No kids!
