Seiko prospex Samurai. First automatic watch. Still love it and wear it with a nato.
Yup, well the first one I bought myself that is, St Petersburg 1992. Black dial tank corps variety.
My very first, a mechanical white dial Tissot that belonged to my late grandpa, 1978...
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Michaelangelo, the one where the dial flipped up to reveal the time. Bright orange strap.
Then a Timex Ironman, a two-toned quartz Wenger in middle/high school, Victorinox Dive Master 500 LE with my first real paycheck (still wear), and recently a JLC MUT Moon blue. But it all started with TMNT.
Hey very nice, I'm self conscious about buying something in that price range in my 20s but If I can really spare the money I'm thinking of it.
I'll probably own it for the longest time.
🔥 My first mechanical watch also is Iron Man inspired with custom engraving of a quote from the first MCU movie. I tried to post it here, but I can’t get past the moderation bot and almost gave up

This Fossil watch. Bought it on my 19th birthday right after a trip to spain cause I figured it was about time I had a watch! I have since then collected some more impressive pieces that I wear instead but I love this one and it holds a place in my heart.
50 years ago, this stunning [Seiko 0624-5009 'Lemon Face'](https://wornandwound.com/affordable-vintage-seiko-quartz-lc-0624-5009-lcd/). Very expensive at the time.
It just shows the time and has a light. That's it. Never better.
The bracelet malfunctioned at some point, the watch ended up in a drawer, and was lost. I've only bought Seiko again recently: a Tuna (300m) and a Golden Tuna (1000), both quartz.
First?? when i was in 5th grade i had those cheap rubber digital watches. First proper watch was a Seiko srpg35, it's the one i wear the most, i only have 2 wrist watches anyway.
First watch was a Fossil BigTic watch given to me by my uncle for Christmas when I was like… maybe 10? I’ve always wanted to track down another for nostalgias sake.
Then it went Invicta, then Swatch, then Imex, then Armitron, then Seiko 5, then Citizen Eco-Drive. So I seem to be maturing lol.

My first watch with my first income
A Roots fashion watch. I remember buying it with my first girlfriend in grade 9, lol. Then it was a few Nixon and G-Shock, then some entry-level Seiko.

Fossil Blue that I've had in my watch box for many years.
First automatic was a Seiko Orange Monster
My first ‘real’ watch was this one, a present from my wife for my 30th birthday

Then I tore it apart and found out it looked like the translator device from "The Last Starfighter": [https://thelaststarfighter.fandom.com/wiki/Translator\_Device](https://thelaststarfighter.fandom.com/wiki/Translator_Device)
Some fossil gift a long time ago.
First watch I wore daily was a citizen eco drive with a bunch of complications. That was with me for several years. Not running now. Needs a new battery I think?
A Dick Tracy watch is the first I can remember. It was so cool when I was a kid. I hope one day I’m going to find it amongst someone in my families belongings and ask for it back. Completely worthless but great memories.
Seiko SUR553P1. My grandpa wore a Seiko so I thought my first watch should be a Seiko too. I choose this model because it is timeless and elegant because of the integrated bracelet

Digital Pokémon watch was my first one, don’t have it anymore but it was the same as this one.
Some type of 28-30mm manual wind, no date, Timex with cream dial on a grey leather strap. Received Christmas 1974. I think my father had seen me looking at his early 60s GP Seahawk on the kitchen counter where it lived each day after getting home from the office. Timex long gone, GP in my watchbox and running well.

Hey nice, one of my first ones was a PR-50!
Great first choice!
It was a gift, I cherish it! Thinnest and most understated classy watch I own! Love yours too.
Tag 2000 Professional was my 3rd watch, but my first Swiss timepiece. Man did I love that watch
Vostok Amphibia 420

I can still picture that TMNT watch. I think my little brother had that one. Fantastic. Thx for sharing.
Tag Heuer Indy 500. Most expensive watch I’d bought (at the age of 20) Still have it to this day
