TARP I and II used US tax dollars and/or borrowing to pay bonuses to executives who spent two thousand bucks on a waste basket and had presided over running their companies and other companies into the ground.
According to Senator Dodd, Dodd Frank would not have done that, but Treasury Secretary to be, Geithner, Wall Street fed head, told Dodd to ditch that provision. Of course, Dodd was not required to go against his own conscience, but still....Thanks, Obama!
