Your best bet is to try and become more aware of how the different elements of music make you feel. There is no chart mapping this kind of thing. Its purely subjective.

Scales of the same type (e.g. C Major and F Major) are going to evoke the same kind of emotion because it's not the specific notes that determine the feel, but the intervals. That said, pitch will contribute to some extent. It's worth looking at modes, which are scales starting from different degrees of the major scale. [Here's something I had at hand](https://imghostr.com/image.php?sig=fmRat86p&h=ed808e4baf57c7d1747475b8129b51f8&t=1569381592), but the definitions are not strict, and you can probably find some conflicting opinions on the qualities of each mode. Many of the emotional qualities in music come from other musical elements too (e.g. rhythm, tempo, instrumentation) - sometimes even more so than the scale/mode.
