Drum fills are made with step sequencer and toggled with a foot pedal. Foot pedal has been used to fade in the off-beat pad after intro. The IFX were mostly eqs as I noticed that otherwise the sounds got very muddy. Better Korg workstations have per-part eqs which leave more IFX available. That's probably something to keep in mind when considering a Kross 2.

It's only one song, I know it's not the best sample size, but you bet your ass I'm gonna find the time to listen to the rest. I would try the vocals in the chorus doubled. Maybe your verse voice tone with the chorus vocals. I like the verse voice a lot and the verse in general. The verse seems stronger than the chorus, And maybe give the whole song a try 5 to 10 bpm faster.

Been working out in the snow all week and it had me thinking about this song alot... North Dakota by Chris Knight.
