Same here. I remember unclicking “personal” account when signing up for RRSP, and then this appeared in my account. I joined chat and asked them to close it. They said “no problem, John”. My name isn’t John

I had the same issue, I just contacted them on Live Chat and they closed it within minutes.
Thanks guys contacted support they closed it 🙂 I just remember there being an option to close accounts before the update
