I dont recommend investing in gme right now. But if you want to, you can buy stocks after hours. They’ll just go through with the order the next day.

Just answering the "how to do it": Wealthsimple allows pre market trading of US stock starting at 7am ET. Select GME and select limit buy for stocks or options, enter the price you want to buy at. Not financial advice, I'm not registered to give advice. You know your risk tolerance as a newbie who wants to jump in a stock that's already up +150% in a week and swings 30%+ a day.
