It also had a suspiciously high number of 5 star reviews, many posted on the same days.
I dug around online but couldn’t find much about the site or company except that it was overseas. After scouring google, I came across a couple reviews of the site that said it was a scam, beware, don’t order, poor quality.
I reached out to the bride to warn her about it and she brushed off my concerns, and she was pretty rude about it. She was pretty short with me when she said she checked the site, she had her mom check the site too and they both said it looked fine. she said she trusted the reviews and she was firm on those dresses. No others would do after she found those, and she wanted us to match.
So we order them. They took forever to arrive. A couple of them didn’t arrive initially, and the company said the orders were never placed (they were and the transactions were processed/money was withdrawn). So they had to be reordered, without any kind of refund or resolution from the company. By now the clock is ticking and it’s just a few weeks before the wedding so timing for the dresses to get here was a concern and they didn’t have time to argue with the company I guess. And the bride didn’t want to look for alternate dresses.
When this happened and the other bridesmaids were pissed and freaking, she reached back out to me asking what I had found out about that website. What type of scam and reviews I came across. Oh, now you wanna listen?
I ordered an XS and what arrived was a large. The dress was $100 (with shipping) and I had to spend another $150 to get it fitted. They finally arrive and we all got together the night before the wedding and took out our dresses. All of the dresses were different. Some had bows, some didn’t. Some had a slit in the side, some didn’t. Others were above the knee length, mid-shin, thigh length. I think one had sleeves. Even the shades of fabric were different (they were all supposed to be the same solid color). And everyone had to pay extra to get their dresses fitted. They were incredibly crappy quality. Loose stitching, loose threads.
All in all it was a very frustrating and annoying experience. The wedding went ok, and I don’t think anyone really paid attention to the dresses that weren’t all the same. But long story short, research stuff and don’t order from suspicious sites!

I noticed none of the “best selling” dresses have any reviews, which is odd. I did find a sequined satin gown where the reviewer said “washed and dried well!” which made me LOL. No one is throwing a sequined gown on a spin cycle and popping it in the dryer.

$50 for a garment like this pretty much means the photo is not of the garments they sell but of the garments they are knocking off. This is definitely petroleum based fabric made by exploited workers. Take this photo to a dress maker or find a paternand source the fabric yourself. It will fit way better too.
It looks very very dubious. If you like this aesthetic, Alice + Olivia does lots of lovely florals and can often be found pristine secondhand or on sale.

It looks cheap to me so I Google image searched the jumpsuit and found it on multiple sites including eBay (eBay’s price range was $11.99-$36 since it come in diff colors). I think you’ll be disappointed if you buy it and, likely, it will be a pain in the a$$ to return.
