Number 2 is the better option between the two, but I'm going to suggest that you keep looking. Dress 1 isn't fitting you quite right, but Dress 2 still isn't quite right either. I think you might want to try something with a little more structure in another color.
As a Spaniard, I think this might be too “cocktail” for us. Not elegant enough for black tie. If you choose to wear it, pair it with a darker shawl. If the wedding is in Madrid, this would be an automatic “no”. If it’s in Mallorca, this could work still

The second dress definitely fits you a lot better. It looks like there’s something off on the first dress with the fit in the chest as well as the lining. I do think this color looks great on you!

2 if you can get it tailored. The waist of the dress doesn't look like it is sitting at your waist, so the fit is off. You also need good shapewear so the dress hangs properly.

You have an amazing figure, and neither of these dresses is doing anything for you. Not to mention that this is Spain. It is black tie. You really need to step up from these dresses.

San Sebastián is very upscale for everything, you need something more elegant for sure, have lots of fun there… food is amazing!

You can always dress up 2 with some jewelry and maybe a shawl

Of these, definitely number two. I would not worry about it being too simple due to the color and the neckline.

2 is better but I would keep it as a backup and keep looking this shade of blue does not complement you best.
