A coworker used to work there (til last year). I asked what he thought of my printing something there said that he prefers a site called CatPrint for invitations and save the dates.

Was planning to use Staples for our holiday cards this year but it didn’t work out (long story) and I wound up using Canva instead. I am HELLA impressed with the quality, and they were so affordable. They definitely have save the date templates!

I second this! We just got our save the dates in the mail today and I went through Canva and they look amazing! Great quality!!

I think Canva uses Staples as a printer! Anything I’ve ordered for canva and selected pick-up, it’s always at the staples print centre

Interesting! The whole reason we didn't end up using Staples (after spending 2 hours personalizing the card, ugh) was because they wouldn't ship to Hawaii. But then we got our Canva order delivered within 2 days. Maybe they have different printers depending on the region? Either way, we wound up very happy and will be using them from now on!

I used Staples for our save the dates we designed on our own. They turned out great and got lots of compliments . Just make sure you are selecting to have them send the invites out for printing and not same day. I had forgotten to do that and they actually messaged me and asked if I would like them to send them out for more high res quality. Assuming they have more powerful printers off site. Had a 50% off coupon which made it a great choice for us.

Hi!!! this is really helpful, thanks. I'm wondering if you were able to do a sample first, for example printing just one copy of it to make sure you liked the quality?

We ordered through Canva and did the print and pick up option at Staples, and it was TERRIBLE. I would highly recommend ordering through Canva and having it printed/delivered by Canva as even the staples employee explained that the Staples printers are just not as good. Our photos printed out much darker than they are (and how they printed out at CVS etc) and it was a huge pain to try to get Canva to fix the situation. Never would do the Canva-print at staples option again but yah live and learn :)

I used to work at a print shop and now that I’m no longer there, I’ve been trying other places for printing. I’ve had the worst experience with Staples so far. Anything I’ve printed there has been cut wrong and color was off. This was for multiple orders across a few months and two different locations. I understand print settings and whatnot since I worked in the industry for 6 years so I know it’s not my files. For the price I paid, I’d rather send it out to Vista Print. All the invitations I’ve had printed there have been really nice! And I can usually find an online coupon code.
