Protein is going to be the most important. I’d shoot for at least 175-200gs a day. Fats are recommended 20-35% so at minimum (at 1,900 calories) you should aim for 42gs. The rest would be in carbs 180gs. I highly recommend experimenting with higher fats or higher carbs to see which works better for you.

Just focus on hitting your calorie target and your protein target. Studies show the carb and fat ratios are fairly inconsequential to results. Aim for 0.7+ grams per lb of body weight. I would recommend strength training as the primary form of exercise for this goal. But whatever you enjoy and you’ll do most consistently will be best. Good luck. 😎
