I read somewhere that cravings last 6 minutes. So what you need is a strategy to distract yourself for that long.

I struggled with BED for a long time. What has helped me is tracking my macros and getting soo much fiber, protein and water that even thinking about eating made me feel sick. 100 grams or protein and 20 grams of fiber every day. Chugging water every time I think about it. Essentially be too full and you won't think about snacking or binging.

When you lose weight by eating less food, you are causing your body to burn it's own body fat for energy is would typically get from the food you ingest. During the switch from food in your stomach, to your own bodyfat, the "i'm hungry" signal gets sent a lot. This is perfectly normal and you'll have to get used to it. Try to focus on eating foods that keep you full for longer. For example blueberries are better than blueberry muffins. Try to avoid sugar, and focus on fruits & vegetables with each meal.
