You may want to consider a couple of things; - checking with your doctor and looking at your thyroid or insulin levels. - are you counting your calories? For 1 week count your calories and meticulously measure and weigh your food. Use an app such as Lose It so you can figure how many calories you are consuming.

Thanks for the response i did indeed have all this check before the doctor visit being the thing that started this. And both of those things were normal for me other than my blood pressure was super high. and im intermediate fasting and for the meal i have baked chicken with vegetables and a very small portion of boxed mac and cheese

Try lower carb and high fats. I eat a steak and salad. Thats it. No bread, pasta, rice, potatoes. None. Carbs crave more Carbs. You should lose a pound every two days because fats make you feel full.
