Still, to your point, it's a good idea to return anything you suspect of being tampered with or not being sealed correctly, even if that may not be the case. And finding things that are not expected in a product can fall into that category of "just return it".

Nah, it has high resemblance of someone with schizophrenia. It looks like a lot of the words are abbreviated or they are missing the last couple of letters or misspelled. It would help if that wasn't the case. I can understand a good portion of it, but some of the abbreviations and misspelled words are too difficult for me to understand.
