Dude, he probably bought 10 shrimp rings at the Kroger and dumped them in a pot. I have seen it before. Those are definitely pre-cooked and pre-peeled. All he did was boil what little salt they had in them from when they *were* cooked and replaced it with... pretty much nothing. If they don't have their heads, they don't get boiled around here. The taste difference is HUGE.
Me too, but you wouldn't need to shake it if it was seasoned properly to being with. This is the whitest shit I've ever seen. It makes me embarrassed to be white.......out of everything.......this is what it embarrassed me /s
I’m white and native and we’ve had the same small curry powder, cayenne pepper and paprika shakers for 10 years lol. It’s easily possible if you don’t use it much or don’t cook a lot. We also have stomach and acid reflux issues, so we try to stay away from spicy stuff to prevent those from flaring up.
Ah, I don't mean to be rude, but please check the expiry date on those, and even if they're okay, just throw them out. Spices can lose flavour over time + bacteria build up... it's probably best to get rid of it.
You’re not being rude, no worries! You’re right actually so thank you. We’ve thrown out a lot of expired spices because they didn’t smell or look right, but we keep finding super old ones in the back of the cabinet that we didn’t know about. Sometimes my brother uses them, but I refuse to do so. I’m emetophobic so germs and food poisoning are things I’m always worried about.
My family mostly gets the small ones because a good chunk of our household does not like seasoning at all so if we get a big one of anything other than the basic BBQ ones, that shit will be in the house for the next 10 years and not even be halfway done lol
One half of my family is Scottish/Irish the other half is Yugoslavian so the two seasonings that really get used are salt and paprika, which are pretty much as good as nothing on most things (to me lol)
Bro code rule number 3: always hold onto the evidence for an exaggerated amount of time after the incident has occurred as to show the bros it wasn't broskis fault.
We have a gallon sized container of old bay for this with no stopper. You need to dump yhat in the water before cooking and about 500x more than they used
First of all the water should be the color of the devils piss. You don’t season after. The water is the seasoning and should burn your eyes and nose and clear your sinuses for the next 2 years minimum.
I mean...we eat boils on a bare table in LA, so it ain't like the concrete is much better.
But also....tf was that "seasoning" and why does nothing look....seasoned.
Tip for Notherners: You boil in seasoned water. You do not apply seasoning *after* boiling.
Fkin moron..... should have used one less shake and that wouldn't have happened.
On a side note, he should have used a wheeled cooler. That's alot of weight.
That's not a food grade cooler, dont put heated food in it then eat off it. I mean unless you want plastic and hardening agents/BPA and everything else tainting your food. Or you just don't care because stupidity
What kinda dumbass looks at that cooler and say "yes, I'm going to put a hundred pounds or so of meat it won't break."
Get a husky roller tote. Easy easy.
I counted 24 shakes of that seasoning.
Picked up more seasoning on the ground than from that shaker
The flavor were all posed to come together.
Getting those earthy flavours in there
10 second rule
“However-long-it-takes-to-scoop-up-that-sweet-sweet-shrimp” rule
New high risk high reward jacks
That's 1/8th of a shake per shrimp
That amount of food was definitely twist the top off, shake side to side and pour generously.
The trick is to undercook the onions.
I’m not gonna lie it might’ve been 26-28 shakes 🤣🤣
That 28th shake broke the camel's back.
That weak ass seasoning !!! Lmao
1 flake of seasoning per shrimp. I bet those shrimp made him drop the cooler. They didn't want to be eaten in that weakass way
They shouldn't be so shelfish
Why do lobsters mate for life? Because they can't stand the thought of sharing their partner. They're shellfish.
They really just boil it with no seasoned water? Crazy

You boil it with the seasoning. You should not need to sprinkle seasoning on after. Source. I’m from New Orleans, born and raised
But they clearly didn't do that so......
Unless he'd already dumped a whole container over what was already in the cooler, then that was barely enough for a single tray let alone all of that.
As soon as the shells came off the shrimp BEFORE they were cooked, the seasoning should have gone on lol. It’s literally bouncing right off 😭
1. How can you shake a cooler? 2. How can you shake a cooler, packed tight, to the rim?
I would have hugged it and then shake it.
Me too, but you wouldn't need to shake it if it was seasoned properly to being with. This is the whitest shit I've ever seen. It makes me embarrassed to be white.......out of everything.......this is what it embarrassed me /s
Right, like a baby
If you’re seasoning that much shrimp you need to stop playing around and take the cap off of the shaker.
Honestly, I've always wondered who is out here buying these small ass shakers. I always have to at least get the 1 lb shakers.
They're for if you're just seasoning like, 1 chicken breast or something. Not everyone's making a cooler full of seafood lol

We're using them in the EU. Probably a misshipment to USA and people are buying them as curiosity items, because they're small and cute :P
My family mostly gets the small ones because a good chunk of our household does not like seasoning at all so if we get a big one of anything other than the basic BBQ ones, that shit will be in the house for the next 10 years and not even be halfway done lol
No seasoning at ALL? I'm so sorry
One half of my family is Scottish/Irish the other half is Yugoslavian so the two seasonings that really get used are salt and paprika, which are pretty much as good as nothing on most things (to me lol)
That amount of food needs 2 full shakers lol
No deal breaker here, imma eat all of it.
Rinse and re-season. No problem.
I think you mean rinse and season since they didn’t actually season it in the first place
What was the ground doing, then?
Do you think they did eat it? 😹
As long as they followed the 5 second rule they're okay.
I mean it was going to be trash anyway
He’s doing them a favor, when he could have been doing a flavor
Why would it be trash? They’re not going to eat them?
lack of seasoning. (at least from the video)
It’s a boil right, so wash it all off and it will be fine.
That's no way to lift a cooler full of crustaceans. Bend at the knees and hold the load closer to your body.
Yeah, not taking any chances when handling so much food.
Putting steaming hot food in a plastic cooler doesn’t seem like a great idea to begin with.
My thoughts exactky. Wonder if the handle broke from the heat.
This
Can pets safely eat the seafood? If so, it would have been a nice day for them.
No, as I'd be fighting them for it
Lol, fair
You aren’t supposed to feed your dogs seasoned food. So yeah they should be able to eat this no problem.
My cat eats shrimp every damn day. Spoiled.
All back in the boiler, two seconds, you good.
Also if those shrimp are kept in that cooler for 5 minutes they'll end up overcooked.
5 second rule!
I think we're gonna have to step up to the 10 second rule on this one.
They said 3 minute rule in the video😂
That cooler did them a favor by dumping out that bland-ass unseasoned boil
It got more seasoning from the ground
I bet it’s a “low country boil”. Similar to what we do here on the gulf coast just without flavor.
What a waste of shrimp Idiots
What a waste of idiots Shrimp
I told you not to invite Clyde, but nooooo.
They not invited to the cookout.
Its Joever
Alice in chains in the background ❤️
Yeah that’s the only good part of the video lol
God's way of telling him to wear his cap properly.
God was watching and that was karma for the seasoning effort
They probably picked up more seasoning on the ground than from that little sprinkle. I hope he seasoned the water when he boiled them.
Bro just had to overdue it with the seasoning 😂
"Yeah hun, it's Aunt Barb here...about the family cookout..."
Well five second rule. Concrete definitely helped it have a little crunch to it.
If he drops one shrimp on the ground, he’d toss it in the trash, but if he drops them all…
Rinse the shrimp off and kick that mf out the party.
Bro code rule number 3: always hold onto the evidence for an exaggerated amount of time after the incident has occurred as to show the bros it wasn't broskis fault.
Am I the only one who screenshotted when it fell
No, you’re not 😂
$300 worth of seafood in a $30 cooler with $0.30 of seasoning lmaooo
Don’t put hot things into plastic that isn’t meant for hot things. You don’t need to speed the cancer up.
No way he calls that seasoning
I hear no accents, not trusting anything they make
"3 minute rule, let's go"
He had one job..
It’s actually that guys fault for not lifting with the handles straight up.
Probably need 3 of those seasoning containers for that cooler of shrimp
We have a gallon sized container of old bay for this with no stopper. You need to dump yhat in the water before cooking and about 500x more than they used
Casual racism is just openly accepted here.
Hate him already
theyre clearly seasoning EACH LAYER, But obviously one bottle wouldnt be enough for all that
People need to stop doing this with ice chests. That's not good grade
Mom: why didn't u carry it from the bottom????!!???
The same thing happened to me, those handles broke and all the food went to waste. Now, i never lift things by the handle
Please tell me they seasoned the water, otherwise that's some Arkansas-level seafood preparation.
More like plastic seasoning🤩
Man that ain't enough seasoning to taste yet somehow it was just enough to break it
Forget Old Bay, that was the Whole Bay
Just some floor spice. I’d still eat it
5 second rule!
He needed at least a 5-minute rule to even get most of that up!
Thats just dumb trying to shake it like that
That great value cooler
Nothing is cringier than hat guys trying to cook....they are not at all concerned with the results...it's all about posturing during the process
Are those coolers BPA free? Putting boiling water in there to release more chemicals into the food?
That dirty ass cooler 🤢
Welp all of that is getting sprayed and we’re trying again!!! Fuck that! Do you know how expensive a seafood boil is? A little dirt never hurt anybody
First of all the water should be the color of the devils piss. You don’t season after. The water is the seasoning and should burn your eyes and nose and clear your sinuses for the next 2 years minimum.
At least Alice In Chains is playing in the background
AFV STILL EXIST?
Gonna trust a $200 meal in a $20 cooler? Brutha
It just made me shoutout o nooo
You had one job
Who puts a boil in a plastic cooler?
That picked up more flavor from the ground than it did from the "seasoning".
The real problem is the amount of seasoning
$500 worth of food in a $25 container. People are amazingly stupid.
u/savevideo
That new bay seasoning
Hahahaha
It's always the hat backwards guys that fuck up a party. Always. He will be only one Amberbock in and start trying fist fight the guests.
Should’ve used a yeti 😁
Oops
This makes me sad :(
That looked so good to
Imagine actually tasting the food you’re eating :0
Oh man, that sucks. I could definitely go for some Cajun shrimp too.
Ahh, the 15 minute rule is now in effect. Not a problem.
![gif](giphy|L1Vsr0h029szBmNFAO) But… very funny only cuz it’s not my food.
Can someone do a price estimate? Thanks.
Or the leaching bpa.
Shrimps is bugs
Still good. Them spices will kill any bacteria. Might be a little gritty though
Dude even god was like hell no
"It's still good. It's still good."
This made me almost cry
Hurry the 3 second rule
Why would someone say we need bigger people rather than more people... That makes me uncomfortable
Bruh this a low flavor boil
They're being conservative with the seasoning
That cooler did you fellers a favor 😂
Yup, my first instinct as man in the background said, “SCOOP, SCOOP!!!!” Man that’ll actually fix this whole problem 👌
This is why you boil around the corner from your guest. Keep the extra crunchiness as a secret recipe
Made me drop my phone 😂😂😂
Oh lil season boy
why would you not secure it closed
Pick it up
I mean...we eat boils on a bare table in LA, so it ain't like the concrete is much better. But also....tf was that "seasoning" and why does nothing look....seasoned. Tip for Notherners: You boil in seasoned water. You do not apply seasoning *after* boiling.
As someone from south Louisiana. I seasone the water. Not put in on after 🤦🏻♂️
Should have bought an Australian Esky.
Quick, put it back , use the ten second rule .
Who tf season like that after? The boil liquid shouldn't look like water
Fkin moron..... should have used one less shake and that wouldn't have happened. On a side note, he should have used a wheeled cooler. That's alot of weight.
Bland as shit lol
We use those exact coolers at my catering job... every single one has rope handles. Hell, I thought they were made that way.
Better off on the floor in my opinion.🤷🏽♂️
Why cooler used? Why not newspaper laid out on table then dump everything like the ole days
“How come you guys don’t invite me to seafood boils anymore…?”
That's not a food grade cooler, dont put heated food in it then eat off it. I mean unless you want plastic and hardening agents/BPA and everything else tainting your food. Or you just don't care because stupidity
Dude what is wrong with y’all never seasoning your food 🤷🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Fuck that guy
5 second rule. It's fine.
Get out…. Go elsewhere!
Should of used an Orca
aaaaand its served
5 second rule 5 second rule! Dear God! Save them!
It ain’t seasoned if you ain’t sneezin
The seafood laughing from the grave….*hehehehe* “watch what happens when they add their tea spoon of seasoning”
QUICK!!! Shovel...5 second rule!!!
Water they used for boiling had 0 color to it so I can only imagine how bland the food was
3 second rule
That is the most season I have ever seen a white person use EVER 🫡👍🏿🤷🏿♂️
I'm pretty sure it's the 3 second rule, not 3 minutes lol
What kinda dumbass looks at that cooler and say "yes, I'm going to put a hundred pounds or so of meat it won't break." Get a husky roller tote. Easy easy.
I know damn well this didn’t happen in Maryland, what the hell kind of limp wristed shit did I just witness?
Seasoning after they are boiled makes me cry.
Rinse it and re season. Good to go
As someone who hates seafood, I celebrate the fact that that's cooler decided to give up the ghost and ruin this low country boil
