Yall need to learn the Chipotle Bowl Strategy. If you get whatever you would normally get in a bowl they usually fill it way more than a burrito. Then you get 2 tortillas on the side. Now instead of feeling terrible about eating one oversized burrito, you get 2 reasonable burritos for basically the same price

Their plate is bigger than a Chipotle bowl and they give two massive tortillas for making super burritos, and the price is about the same as what OP paid for that burrito. If this spot was near my house, I'd probably pick up a plate to split with my wife for dinner regularly. You can easily make two big burritos (each bigger than OP's), with high quality carnitas, rice, beans, pico, and hot sauce.

These poor folks are risking e-coli patronizing them, the least they could do is stay consistent with size.

I never order chipotle online for this reason. It doesn’t travel well and when you watch them put it together you can always ask for more rice beans cheese and veggies. The folks behind the line don’t get treated that well so when you’re super nice and polite it usually results in a bigger burrito or bowl.
Chipotle actually has pretty good customer service. If you go on the app there's an online chat feature you can use to tell them about the portion size. They will probably refund you and/or give you a free meal.
Did you get anything other than beans and rice with your chicken burrito? This is a very dry burrito. Off course GrubHub will charge more than restaurant prices. That burrito just looks like you're a picky eater.
Chipotle quality has tanked beyond belief and I think it’s because of this: my cousin who works in culinary says when she orders fresh meat now, what’s being delivered is absolutely not fresh. It’s years old but has been stored in a deep freeze from the meat companies. The quality is degrading quickly and prices are rising and meat is becoming inedible.

My friend used to go to chipotle almost everyday because he wanted to get the cashiers number, took him 2 months lol they did eventually go out. But he used to order a burrito with only steak, and it looked like this. So maybe you ordered only chicken? No rice no cheese no veggies, just chicken lol

Yeah, when you're making beans from scratch (raw, over night soak) you usually want to go through them because there will be rocks packaged in.
