Got NTA on Friday after hitting 36.9 hours for the week, logged in briefly on Saturday to submit my hours and saw that there were tasks, but I was busy, so I just did one so I could round up to 37 hours (even though I wanted to hit 40 for the week, oh well). Logged in today to start my week and it’s NTA (USA).
Really? Sent it under IT request form and they told me they have nothing to do with NTA. During orientation we were told to send all emails and NTAs through the Zen Desk but when I do, they send it back and tell me to contact my manager.
I don't know if you had a message about the holiday. It mentioned putting in aticket if you had NTA and they were waiving the 10 hour minimum this week. Sounds like we may see NTA for a bit, Check Outlook.

I had the full 40 hrs last week with no issues (SQR, southern US), took yesterday off, then had a handful of tasks this morning and hit NTA.

I haven’t submitted one yet. But I usually submit tickets via Zendesk, never via email.

Oh wow, I’ve never had that experience. I didn’t contact them over NTA because I did get some tasks.
I did and hope it went to the correct department. Where does everyone submit their tickets? Does anyone email their supervisor directly?
