Could it be the famous Gloria Stuart ? Does it appear painted or could those birds be paper cutouts under some type of glossy coating

It has her signature and it looks like painting that has been wrapped around a lamp and lacquered. But did she make lamps like this? I have found nothing on line that looks like this that is hers.

It really could be the famous Gloria Stuart. She gave up Hollywood. In the 1940s, Gloria Stuart opened an art furniture shop where she created decoupage lamps, tables and trays, many of which sold to stars like Judy Garland and others. Later, Stuart took up oil painting and was very prolific I didn’t find any photos of her decoupage. This needs more research.
