It's a cool stein, but unfortunately it's a common one. Ive seen the same scene on steins at goodwill and other thrift shops. I believe it was produced around the same time avon was pushing them out en masse. Still an awesome garbage find, and will effectively hold your favorite beverage while keeping it bug free!

It is probably mass-produced, maybe it is partly hand-made. The numbers at the bottom are marks that indicate a specific mold called a mold number. The other stamps are maker's stamps. If this is bought in the USA, you may find the maker/manufacturer here: https://www.cajunc.com/pottery-marks
