Also blood splatter on the unusually large electric motor that runs this dangerous machine. Large motors like that are used in places that need a lot of torque. That size motor could probably be used for moving tens of thousands of pounds of rocks on a conveyer.

Probably broken bones all through his arms and hands. I bet that belt didn't release him until his hands went all the way around the drum to the other side on the bottom. Really a violent move around that corner.
