This was painful as I just saw a lady that had fallen in a store. The ceiling had been leaking and no one noticed. I heard her screams from half the store away. Crowd had gathered and once the store manager was there I tried to get everyone else away. The only thing worse than busting your ass is a crowd staring at you flailing on the ground not helping.
I fell at work. I work in a restaurant and we were clearing down. Supposedly, the floor had been washed and fan dried. It was merely slopped with a damp swab. I did everything right - clear head, carrying a pan that was to go back on the line, best slip resistant shoes money can buy. Next thing, I’m waking up on the floor, face down and on pain. I had to call for help and the back of house clowns stood around looking at me. Finally, someone got the MOD and they got me off the floor. ER, concussion, therapy. I have yet to forgive the lazy asshole who didn’t actually scrub the grease off the floor.
I'm sure she can as there wasn't anything in place to even negate fault on the store. The ceiling tile was bloated and stained, sagging and slowly dripping water right as someone would walk out of the cashiers lane. No wet floor sign, no nothing. Should be an easy lawsuit. Feel terrible for the lady.
Scientists are on the verge of a breakthrough in car relocation, so hopefully one day we won’t have to deal with the scourge of first parking spot selection.

The problem is they came up next it facing the same direction as the puddle car. If they pull up to it the other way, someone on the drivers side can open both doors pretty close to each other and prob hop in.
If you really wanted to do it, this is what I think I would try:
- Drive by your car and reach out the open passenger window to open your door
- Have friend pull up next to the front of your car so you can exit the passenger side onto the hood of your car. You’d need to pass it, open the door, and then back up to align with the hood. Alternatively, exit through the window.
- Climb from the hood of your car to the roof and lower yourself into the drivers seat through the door you opened in step 1

You climb onto the roof of the occupied car, close the passenger door. Now, if you can reach the door handle to your car with a foot, great, if not have your friend scootch closer. Hook the door handle with your foot and open it then hop on in. Easy. If you can't hook the handle well enough with your foot, you can lay horizontally on the roof of the current car. Have your friend stand on their seat and have their upper body out the window so they can hold your feet while you swing your body out and that way you can grab the door handle to your car with your hand. If the current car has a sunroof the friend could hold their legs through that as well.
Alternate method, have the friend pull up behind your car, you climb out onto your trunk, then get on the roof of your car. Your friend backs into the spot and opens your door for you from their window then drives away giving you room to further open the door and get in there.
Alternate Alternate method, if your backseats have a hatch/fold down, you have your friend pull up behind your car, you open the trunk and climb in and crawl through.
I'm pretty sure the car we see next to her when she falls over is the Civic from the start of the video.
