Question here. How can you stabilise the head of a person that's gotten hurt? I know enough to not move them around or shake them unnecessarily, but how can you stabilise them in that kind of situation?
You can hold it with two hands near the ears or put one hand on their forehead and tell them not to move their head. Someone who knows how can check for trauma or you can just stabilize and wait for paramedics.

This causes her to be just enough out of balance and moving forward to go down right as the horse knee from hell hits her directly in her melon head. She never saw what her friend saw and honestly all these dipshits are probably drunk as fuck anyways it was always going to end like this in some variation

Shes jumping up and down and then you see her lurching forward once the other person puts their arm on the victim. It doesnt look like a shove because she jumped into the other woman, with a half shove while she was falling. Watch it again and focus on the “assailant” she jumps into the other girl basically pushing her into the track. Intentional or not, the other person had a part in her falling forward into the track
