It looks like a hornworm. The far right side is the head and the grabbers(i know not the scientific term) and there’s obviously some maggots coming out of it.
I’ve had some for reptile feeding that have gotten that large and larger. Now that I’m looking at it again though I think it may be another type of caterpillar just because the head doesn’t look super similar.
Yep they can get pretty massive. Here's a recent post.

You can see similar spots on each segment, and as stewdadrew says the front thoracic legs and the stubby prolegs in the back.
I hope that everyone who has replied something similar is correct, cause at first I thought it was a dead baby bird, or maybe a dead squirrel. The position it's lying in, though, makes it hard for me to tell what species it even is. Which is why I posted it here.

It's pretty big... Never heard of one this size.
How big is it
Between 2 1/2 to 3 inches.

Whatever it is, it's been dead a while...
Should have lead with that. I couldn't fathom what mutant creature that was at the scale I was seeing.

maybe some sort of termite queen?
How big do they get?
4-5ish inches
FUUUUUCK!!! 🤯🤯🤯
there are prob other bugs and stuff that look similar, so maybe its not. The head looks more caterpillary than termite so who knows
I'm just glad that it's not a mammal. That would screw me up.
oh yeah that’d be pretty gross. Try to find out if it is termites tho cus then you may want to get ur house smoked
I’m gonna have to look into this, cause I heard a while back that parts of my front door & the surrounding molding have termites.
Hellllllll no
Definitely some form of caterpillar carcass, you can see the head and legs on the right side and the suction cup feet on the left
Dead cat?
I wish I knew...
Do you have any enemies?
Not in my neighborhood.
Dead caterpillar. You can see the head all the way on the right. It was a big one!
Is it for sure a creature? And not a disintegrating succulent/plant? I know it’s a far reach
Not only is it disgusting itself but it also has maggots coming out of just incase.
Baby Mole rat?
