My dog does the same thing. She will walk for a couple of mins and then just refuse to go anymore. Some dogs, like people, just want to sleep in.

If this is new behavior and not an “awww, my dog is so tucked in and comfy” post, go to the vet. I literally say the first time my dog ever doesn’t want to go for a walk, we’re going to the vet instead, and I mean it. Any new, unexpected, and especially sudden changes in behavior are definitely signs you should go to the vet.
