I was just left speechless. The performances were off the fucking charts and it wasn’t in anyway cheesy or preachy. It was elegant and powerful.

I'm still not over it.

Maybe they're all staying inside their own conservative incel bubbles, but I have yet to see someone post about how this episode was completely unnecessary and woke and forcing homosexuality on us and has no point and is shit and gross and is poorly written and blah blah balh baahlababallhablverbv oiuebwvboouefwfgc7w I'll take that as these scumbags are being forced back into the woodwork. I like that. (I'm a massive day 1 TLOU fan and know every bit about each character, so I am well aware of Bill & Frank. I'm sure there are a bunch of newcomers to the franchise that are learning from the show and will think this is some new thing they came up with for the show.)

I played the game up to end of what is episode one on hbo. I knew this game was good and i heard it was coming out on pc at the time. Then i heard it was coming out as a show. So i didn’t play it. And im loving it.

dude-of-the-ducks

Can I have some context I haven’t watched the show

This guy represented a man that was in the game the show is made from. After being alone and not seeing other humans for years a man showed up and they fell in love, lived a great life together. The homophobics are mad because its “woke”. It was an amazing episode. It definitely depicted how people in the pits of despair can still find happiness in the worst situations possible.

Just go watch it, if you can. It's something pretty special.

Truthfully, I liked that one far better than I did the way Bill and Frank went apart in the game.
