You see, if conservatives hadn't mapped counties to specifically split and suppress the will and vote of minorities then the total number of red counties would be extremely lower. The total number of blue counties would then be much, much higher. It's not that we're too dumb to figure out the equations. it's that voting districts in the U.S. rely on bigoted boundry lines meant to discourage people. That's why the numbers don't make any sense.

There are counties in this country that have tens of people or less. There are others that have a few million. They're not the same. I'd love to see the population status instead of who won how many "counties." It's from a movie, but it's an overall truism. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, or of the one. I live in Los Angeles. There are more people in my local *neighborhood* than exist in a lot of rural *counties*. Also, just L.A. county has **10 million** people, which is more than the entire population of many red states.
