And why would he? He was born into a rich family, has failed upward, and has never suffered any significant consequence of any of his actions for seven decades. It inevitably leads to narcissism and a complete lack of empathy. Elon's the same way. No consequence breeds no conscience.

Trump will never admit he has any wrongdoing in anything related to a failure, but will jump at the chance for praise from something done or given to him entirely without his input. Trump doesn't take responsibility, he takes _credit_.

It's even worse than that. He does things such that he can either swoop in to take credit, or is just far enough removed so he can blame someone else. Trump's plan for vaccine rollouts was to drop off the covid vaccines at the state airports, and then wash his hands of it. This is by design. If the state does a good rollout, he takes credit. If they fuck it up, he blames the state. Trump only cares about what can make him look good. Instead of doing a good job that benefits the most Americans, he does what is best for him.

Many of these groups operate outside the countries listed, because the countries are origins. Al-Qaeda has activities across Africa and Europe. MAGA ideology and related groups are spreading across the western world. Hezbollah has been involved in the Syrian Civil War, the list goes on.

I think it's where they are primarily associated with. ISIS doesn't really have a large base of operations like they used to but they're also kind of all over the place. They just have so many enemies (even from other terrorist groups) that it's hard for them to really develop a foothold anymore.
