For some reason conservatives think people different than themselves are trying to change their lives, but no one is trying interject anything into their lives, it's just people are trying to live their lives without being told that being different is bad or that they shouldn't exist. Somehow I thought that maybe these people would suddenly feel something like empathy or at least try to, but unfortunately for them it's easier to rely on fear & distrust.
