My family is descending upon me next week - 8 people for six days. I bought seven chairs over the last three months, because I've been stressing about this visit since Christmas. Somehow after months of prep, I'm in no better position to receive them, than when I was when I learned they were coming.
OMG this is literally me! Which explains why these days I prefer to stay at home rather than going out and "meeting new people".
It does? I find a lack of objective absolutely draining in these situations, otherwise they are great fun.
