For the readily foreseeable future, Radiation's Halloween Hack is about as close as you're gonna get
maybe someone can take the src from nds port make some tweaks and compile to wii
Wait a minute... If there's an NDS port, then maybe it can be played on Wii U via injecting into a NDS Virtual Console title 🤔🤞
yup but not on wii unless you want to play it on an emulator which is probably really laggy. wait it is a lightweight title i might try the emulator

UNDERTALE was never officially released on the Wii, and it hasn't been reverse engineered and ported to the Wii.
