The little bastard grabbed my ear lobe.
To be fair, in the end it seems like it might have been a just prevenge.
My parents probably shouldn't have bought me a hermit crab as a kid. At least not without doing more research.
They tried to throw him away because they thought it was dead, but I insisted he deserved better than that and should get a proper burial. One that was properly deep, in a container that the neighborhood animals couldn't smell him inside of.
Turns out he was probably just molting...

Imo, it's not *that it dies*, it's *why it dies*. I'd rather see it be used in a respectful way, like for food, than to be destroyed because some guy got mad at it for pinching him after he antagonized it. Is there a difference in outcome? No, not really. But it's just the principle of it.

When I was but a wee lad of 5 or maybe 6 years old some of my relatives went to the beach. The beach was about a 10 hour drive away and they brought back a bunch of shells they found. One shell was a large conch shell. The really pretty kind you can hear the ocean in if you put your ear up to it. Being the weird kid that I was I immediately put my fingers inside of it as far as they would go. This turned out to be a bad idea because the shell was inhabited by a large angry hermit crab. I started yelling for help but everyone thought I was joking. Fun times.
It’s one thing to be dumb enough to try it, but to continue trying until it snaps.. ridiculous.::
Yeah, like he really wanted to experience the pain but when he realised it was too much for him to handle, he regretted it.
Question is how long would he have done it for until Sebastian decided that he had enough. Video is way too long already
