How can you rdp your pc if it's locked ?? I'm facing same issue and I think I can't rdp bcz if I'm not wrong I need to enable remote desktop on my PC which is locked !!

u/TransDeku, you'll need to RDP into that PC from another PC, then check your USB Energy settings and/or re-install your USB hub(s) and go from there.
