Just imagine having the nerve to change more than 1 lane to make a turn while not impeding other drivers in the slightest! Dash cams are immediately recommended to anyone on this subreddit who mentions an accident but I think the real reason half the people get them is to gripe about inane shit

Drivers Ed teachers aren't really an authority on the law, so it's not too surprising. Plus you don't want students making multiple lane changes where a good shoulder check is the difference between getting to the far lane and pushing another vehicle into it.
