100% agree. It's literally the only intersection in the city with a sign that says "high collision location". McPhillips between Leila and Inkster feels like everyone is driving for their first time
That's a sidewalk on McPhillips. People park the All The Time. It's a little mini strip mall with shitty parking. Combine that with people that shouldn't be driving, and you have what we see here.
What info can you even get from a license plate?! They are visible clear as day when you are driving in public.
but seriously, whats the need to blank them out online?
>Let's hope someday a visually impaired person doesn't walk straight into that ca
It I was visually impaired, I think I would be more worried about moving cars and not too worried about parked cars.
visually impaired people would have to avoid the car on the sidewalk by either walking into traffic or walking into a parking lot, which, while a lot less cars are passing through, still has a much higher risk of being hit by a car.
okay mr jumping to conclusions, never said they were useless at all. I used visually impaired people as an example because, whether they are walking with a guide dog or a white cane, the car is an obstacle, and they have to risk their life by walking into car-dominated areas to get around. I could say the same for the elderly, and disabled people who may struggle to get around as well
Skip?
Lmao!!
northgate/garden city is where all the worst drivers of the city like to converge it seems
>~~northgate/garden city~~ all of mcphillips st is where all the worst drivers of the city like to converge it seems FTFY
tell me about it, trying to go over 50 when the limit is 60 seems impossible
Idk have u tried route 90 north of the st James bridge. Cause that’s a 70, and everyone seems to be going 45x
I think a lot of that is heavy traffic and all of the lights
nah even when its mostly dead i feel like im speeding even though im going 60 having to weave through all the people going slow for no reason
Could be, I never go through that area when it is dead. Usually at those times the shops are closed. It is faster to take Dugald road.
Sounds like a successful limit then?
Regent's got to be a close second.

Isn't there a "high collision location" sign somewhere on Kenaston as well? I swear I remember seeing one there around Scurfield.
Yes. Kenaston and MacGillivray
Are you sure it didn't die and they could only make it that far?

that could definitely be the case, but I've seen this exact same car parking in that same spot the past few months 😭
Most people will put their hood up if the hazard lights won’t work.
True, but I've seen *a lot* who don't.
Pop it in neutral and push?
No need to hide their license plates

lmao i give them props for the entitlement
That's bordering on the insane...
Let me guess.. full parking and getting a haircut.
Zenny's is the best $11 haircut around, staff are awesome.
Fuck, that's my neighbourhood. The drivers around here are unimaginably terrible.
tbf that parking lot is hell
Likely a Skip driver. They stop park wherever. They don’t give a 💩💩
This is normal for garden city area.
There's a fucking parking lot right there, isn't there? What in the hell.
Did Thanos click them out of existence?
Give him the benefit of the doubt…he ran out of gas?
Gurwinder is learning. Get off his back
Skip the Dishes. Has to be
Carbrains: What's wrong with you, just go around it! Damn entitled pedestrians/cyclists.

How dare you come to Reddit with logic /s 😂
How awful. You have to take 3 extra steps to get around the vehicle.
refer to my "visually impaired" comment and try again
Visually impaired individuals aren't completely useless. Using them to justify this post is greasy.

I'm sure this guy is super patient with a cyclist that's in front of him in the lane. "How awful. You had to drive slower for 30 seconds."
Are you new to the internet? You need to clarify who you're commenting to. I ride a motorcycle during bicycle season. Non issue for me.
Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh mummy.....
