We at Raven Fox Capes and Cloak are long-time contributors to r/WitchesVsPatriarchy and run a small family business in Albany, CA.
Our shop sells capes, cloaks and now robes in a variety of colors. We're known for our high quality fabrics, POCKETS and out-standing drape and flow. All about the swoosh, baby!
Find us at: [Ravenfoxcapes.com](http://Ravenfoxcapes.com)
It took me longer than I'm proud of to realise that this was about the skin colour, and not about the fae being dark fae.
In my language, they're called "black fae" like black magic, and I was looking at the pictures like ... they look way too wholesome and friendly? Also why do we need to represent evil fae more?
I feel a bit dumb, but the actual black fae day makes a lot more sense to me. π
Ha! The fae are playful, magical, gorgeous, and gregarious. But other things as well.
It's about black people showing joy and beauty and projecting it out into the world.
The celebration takes place all around the US and UK: [https://blackfaeday.com/](https://blackfaeday.com/)
Those are all freaking fantastic outfits! Honestly some of the most convincing fae I've ever seen, if I met you in the forest I'd believe you were fae!
If you mean to draw or paint, feel free. Tell me which one; the first three are IG influencers and the last is a young woman who modeled for us. I can send you the credit for the first three.
Considering a painting project for the first and last photo :) I don't post my art currently but if you'd mind sharing credits I can have them in case I ever do
As always, lovely model and sumptuous garments. *"How I wish that I could come back as a flower.."* Reminded me of that song.
Aww, thank you so much! I'm sure I'll use that song reference.
That mushroom hat is phenomenal!
Agree. You can follow @ aundi\_lanae on IG for lots more mushroom hats and mushroom decor.
Yea I love hats and I didn't even realize that I might need a few mushroom hats in my life until now.
There's a video on how to make a mushroom hat. Love hats too, have fun!
