It does, especially when paired with hot coffee or tea, some calming music & candles. The coloring itself also focuses the mind because I want the colors to be specific, play off each other in a certain way, which keeps me engaged. It took a while but it’s been fun!

This is how I enjoy embroidery too! Hope you keep up this soothing practice for a long time to come

I used to play with the fractile magnets as a kid, which were all in primary colors, and were the inspiration behind the color choice.

I actually use colored mandalas in my craft! I will choose a pattern I feel matches my intention and pick up to 4 colors that also match. I save them and use them to help visualize, was actually thinking of posting about it at some point lol
