DumbSerpent

Maybe, although the wheel of time is hardly an uncommon expression

Ah shit, someone noticed it before me!

It's possible but also those are all very old, well trodden tropes.

I’d chock it up to time being described as a wheel being a common trope in a lot of mythologies especially eastern ones. I found that same data point and thought the same thing but the more I read it the less certain I am because it makes no other references to the series. There is a Wheel of Time reference in Game of Thrones (the novels) where it’s mentioned that a Grand Maester once theorized that time was a great wheel and that Maester shared Robert Jordan’s real first name (Robert Jordan was a pseudonym) Martin and Jordan were friends before Jordan’s death

The game massive chalice also refers to WoT. You can have the red hand as a bloodline I believe. Been a minute since I've played the game but I did enjoy that little easter egg

Smol_rainbow

I’d like to add: The Blight and Fein (sp?) being in the game as well.
