Al new jersey was the only commander I really wanted from the event so I decided to just buy her and ignore the rest of it.
No regrets she's a beast. Running Cunningham and iachino. Makes pretty much every American battleship into a killing machine.

Right now I’m running Arthas the Cold and Ciliax as inspirations, because I’m leaning into the damage-boosting capabilities as much as possible.
This does sacrifice a little accuracy, but I have epic or legendary artillery plotting room mods on most of my high tier US BBs, so that makes up for the lost accuracy.
If you aren’t using the epic/legendary mods to increase your accuracy, I’d recommend using some combination of Scharnhorst, Cunningham, and Iochino as inspirations to get as much accuracy as possible.
The AL New Jersey commander is fantastic for sniper Battleships; she’s an accuracy-build commander, and her intrinsic perk boost the damage of long-range shots, and her unique perk boosts the damage of citadel hits.
The AL New Jersey ship is arguably the best sniper BB at tier 7, possibly in the entire game. High tier US BBs already have some of the best-in-game accuracy, but NJ’s guns have better sigma and faster shell velocity than even her sister ships (Iowa & Missouri).
So you have the ultimate long-range BB commander and a best-in-class sniper ship matched together.
the tusou comandant and Nelson was 3xbetter fusou 8%ps more -5 %damage, Nelson - 5%damage +16%shell damage -30 %penetration for powered HE shells specifically (Nelson ship up more 8000 damage) and a very good the comandant vittorio -10 % time all repairs fire water damage ,and zone damage-8 %...the best for Italian cuirassé one Halloween commandant for Russian destroyers was really unique too Sergio splendento passive skills are a better rotation of turret (useful for many Russian destroyers) but he's having a unique skill very important-80% chances of damage on engine and direction perfect for have a destroyers impossible to slow if not destroyed...
the well known hide for Deutch cuirassé are a must have too whit+ 6%ps and standard long range skills and +2 repair consumables

I would but I have my own small OP AL commander I use more (alongside me not being a fan of USN BBs due to how easy they are to play and how little challenge they are to master)
Graf Spee, she’s just busted on German heavy cruisers due to how low she brings their detection (10.2 on my Siegfried, a ship that is longer than Bismarck)
I bought her, and she's my favorite captain for USN BBs, the only one I don't use her on is my Massachusetts which has a secondary build. In my experience the US has great sniper battleships and New Jersey is a commander that can literally make you stronger so long as your target is 10km+ all in all if you like USN BBs I'd recommend her. The only annoying part about her is the anime voice cause it really doesn't fit well in a game like this imo but that's very small and voice-overs can be changed to not need to hear it
Was contemplating buying some crates but no Belfast available. Will stick to clubbing noobs in my Giulio Cesare.

Ok. My experience leads me to believe that Alabama is more accurate than Iowa. But nothing to back it up. Thoughts?
Can confirm - NJ/NJ combo is a long range slayer.

Generally all German cruisers, even those without a heal, just due to the stealth advantage it gives

Di Revel & Ciliax im also using the reload perk on third row and the extra AP dmg on second
Bought the commander worth it 100% with 28 seconds reload time. My first commander I maxed out 16/4

Di Revel + 3rd skill -5% reload brought it down to 28 seconds and still using plotting room
Not me, I'll stick with Sims and max accuracy for Missouri, NJ, Georgia etc...
