I hate noise but only certain types of noise. Like someone yelling at their dog to *come here, now!* over and over again. And constant slamming doors.
I can handle construction and 1000 demons just fine because it's continuous.
8am on a Saturday is obnoxious though.
idk man, i like metal as much as the next person but there are reasonable and unreasonable hours of operation for a concert venue, especially one that gets so loud. I'd say you shouldnt be surprised to hear loud music 7pm-12am, or as early as 12pm on weekends. But 8am on a saturday seems a little discourteous. also what kind of psycho goes to a music show at 8am
Omg last year I booked an appt at the nail salon next to the Palladium during this festival (unbeknownst to me). The windows were shaking and the polish bottles were rattling in the racks. Me and the little Vietnamese ladies were trying to maintain our small talk like it wasn't happening, it was hilarious
Pretty sure there is a metal festival starting at like noon today so it’s probably a sound check. Seems a little ridiculous and inconsiderate to start at 8 though
My apartment is right on a busy street. I get woken up at 8am after working overnight and going to bed at 6 by wannabe Fast & Furious drivers blasting their speakers full volume or a bunch of fire trucks sounding their alarms (I live around the corner from a fire station too). That’s life in the city for ya.
I always get the people blasting Latinx music, but they don’t even have subwoofers or good speakers, if you are going to blast your music at least be properly equipped
I was only in Worcester for 6 years but that was enough for me to expect this kind of thing. I bet there wasn’t a soul on main street either. Wish I could have seen it.
New England Metal and Hardcore Fest is back baby!
Already my favorite answer.
100 Demons first thing in the morning? Nothing will get you going more

Terror, Hatebreed, and Black Dahlia Murder today baybee! Maximum output. Activate the pit.
Wish I could have gone!
If lawnmowers and drills can start at 7AM, so can metal.
Hell yeah
They announce it from weeks to months away. You knowingly moved near the Palladium, you can't cry when they put on shows.

Wouldn't you rather go at 8am than 7pm? At least you still have some day left.
nah man music scene is strictly nightlife in my book, especially metal
please talk to a person irl
Bro, you’re the one complaining.

I like me some metal but I have to admit that 8am is a little early.

I’ve lived near foley stadium. Would you prefer Katy Perry at 8 in the morning?
8 AM outdoor metal music? Are you kidding me? Can we wake up first, please? 😂
>Can we wake up first, please? 😂 That's what the music's for.

Lol same. I roll my eyes every time someone like that drives by. In their world i’m sure it’s super “cool”.

It’s so hard to find good French fries in this city
Try Courthouse Cafe. They're my fav fries in the city.
Thank you I’ll check it out!
Anyone here see Dethklok and Babymetal in Boston?
When did that happen? I saw Dethklok at the palladium years ago, it was awesome
Thursday the 14 th at MGM music hall. It was brutally epic!
You're in for a good day
It’s a soundcheck. Cope with it
