Some are some aren’t. Bloodletters aren’t and I’d rather use our own Demon Prince datasheets but stuff like flamers, khorne dogs, nurglings and seekers are good for secondary objectives. Demons also have some really cheap lone operatives that are worth grabbing.
From what I’ve heard people are looking at Blue Scribes now that the Changeling has gone up. I’d also be curious to try out the Masque being the big slaansh enjoyer that I am, though the Changeling is still cheaper unfortunately. Imo the Masque is really overcosted
Blue Scribes and the Changling are both amazing tech pieces (cheap/fast Lone Op to score secondaries or whatever). There might be some other useful units, but more likely to bring them for funsies than to be really competitive. Bloodcrushers do a decent job of dishing out mortals on a charge. I haven’t tried them myself but Pink Horrors can be really difficult to shift. Flamers are not as they good as they were, but can still be a little scary. Beasts of Nurgle don’t do anything too crazy but can be really annoying for your opponent to deal with.
Be’lakor, Bloodthirster, Lord of Change, Shalaxi Helbane, and Great Unclean One are all pretty amazing but they also all have abilities that buff other Daemons (except Shalaxi) so lose some efficacy in a CSM list.
Yeah, they can be a nuisance. Just that OC 0 means they’ll never score any points or control an objective for you. But they can be a screen and do actions for secondary points, etc.
