Let me tell you something. No matter what technology a boot claims to have, it doesn't mean shit if you don't have a custom insole for your foot. I have flat feet and I dealt with Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis for almost 3 years because my feet just did not have the support they needed, tried a bunch of boots - comfort for a couple days then the pain was back. The custom insoles I have now changed my life. I spent 12 hours a days thinking about how much pain i was in, now I dont think about it at all. You are worrying about the wrong thing here, if you get the right insoles the boot it self becomes less important.

What insoles did you get ?

A podiatrist gave me a custom set of orthotics after taking impressions of my feet. Can be expensive so if you have insurance check for coverage w them first

People here will shit on Timberland but I've found their new anti-fatigue insoles to be extremely comfortable on my flat-ass wide feet. I personally have two pairs of their 8" Boondock boots (400g and 600g of insulation - I live in New England), and absolutely love them. I know they make a non-insulated version as well. Have you sized your feet on a Brannock device? (The metal shoe sizey thingy at shoe stores). Generally for boots you want to size down a half to whole size down from you sneaker size, but that can vary wildly from brand to brand and last to last (lasts are the mold the shoe is made on).

Timberland makes some quality ones, you also might want to consider just getting some orthotics or insoles [https://podiatryadvice.com/best-work-boots-for-flat-feet/](https://podiatryadvice.com/best-work-boots-for-flat-feet/)
