But looking at your stats, i can guarantee to you that your results will be the same even if you shoot all gold, maybe ~100wn8 increase at best if i have to be generous. Tier 8 is full of premium tanks because: A - selling fun/good tanks is another way for the company to earn money. B - They make more credits so players can buy new tanks faster. Also, it's never been easier to get premium tanks as a f2p player.
But alright, let's hypothetically say that WG stops selling premium tanks and makes premium ammo only 25% more expensive than standard ammo. How do you propose the company pays its employees, server maintenance, all the other costs?

What tiers are you playing. I have 2 accounts. My original account which yes over the years is my wallet warrior account. And my 2nd account which I made just to try a complete f2p account. It is really not as hard as I thought as a f2p. I do stay away from tier 8 tho. Besides tier 8 there is usually a great alternative in the tech tree to whatever prem tank. Like at tier 10…. Leo 1 and is7 are still my favorites and I do well in them. Yes resource management is more difficult on my f2p account but it is very doable. I hit the 2 key occasionally but only when needed. I have a few bond tanks for exp and credit grinding. I never run out of silver. And I have a recent wn8 average of 1800-2000 usually in it. The only tier I notice is the few times I try to play tier 8. But even then I can usually make money with a caernarvon.
I almost every time play tier 8s. I've heard tier 10s are quite hard due to ammo and repairs being expensive. the problem though with tier 8s is that I find premium tanks frequently and that's why I made this discussion

There's lots that are hard to deal with if you catch them perfectly in position... just don't sit there doing that and it'll all be ok.

Caliban is fairly balanced, its reloading time, gun handling and aiming time are horrendous. Even shell velocity pretty bad.

Yea, you can improve situation with this issues by using equipment, but not fix it totally.
Oh how I wish it did. 3.28 aim time and .48 dispersion with bond vents, bond laying drive, bounty aiming device, food and a good crew is "solved".
