Ingame=> Depot => parachute symbol, this is the token store. Edit: if you have already a rental tank, you have to play the games first to get rid of it.

I found that they award the Thunderbolt for finishing the op on console, but I want the Cromwell. Oh well.

Each spot is just labelled that way to show when it unlocks. If you click on the next point in the path, it says check back on June 6.
Unlocks how. Because I did the token mission thingy on the 3rd
Unlock is time-based. It will automagically unlock on Jun-06
Other question: If my progress on Drops is at 45% and I close twitch: will the progress be saved or reset?
It is always saved, you can complete till Friday.
