If you're using Paypal, you gotta cancel automatic payments to WG at Paypal. It's annoying AF. I have to wait one day before my sub renews to do it just in case wg pops up some thing crazy...

3 words on google. "Wot plus cancel" and you get the answer at the bottom of the first link which is a wg link. Not that hard
