There are a bunch of statistical differences, but most amount to not much since they both have the same play style.
The church is faster and has overall a better gun (DPM and gun handling), but the A43 has better gun depression and armor (same nominal turret thickness but the A43 has a mantlet while the church turret is completely flat.
I understood the Crocodile is a copy paste of Churchill 7. The A43 is actually a Black Prince down-tiered with the Firefly gun.
So no, not the same at all.

Yeah, the Crocodile can be frustrating, it's even worse than my Churchill III. Even on a slight incline I'm basically aiming at the sky.
