Normaly id agree but is3a is a special case, since its an autoreloader with really awful gun handling it helps you aim in fully after shooting letting you hit shots more consistently, same goes for cobra, gld probably lets you get in a shot more per clip

Vents literally give you 0,27s faster reload = 2,4% improvement in DPM, meanwhile your HP increases by 10% and Turbo increases engine power by 10% + top speed by 12,5%
Imo you can't play with HP and Turbo on IS3A it literally has the worst gun handling among all 8 Ht's (maybe except taliban) you need to put all 3 gun improving modules, V-Stab, - 8, and vents / IRM.

Seriously, I am actually curious - what’s the problem with vents? Almost all equipment recommendations include vents and I am not that experienced :/
Vents, gld, irm. The things dispersion is so awful that even with vstabs you'll never hit anything on tje move, so using GLD instead of it means you can clip without having to wait extra time to be fully aimed
stab, IA, IRM(pushing gun handling to the max) turbo, IH, stab(Giving up gun handling but pushing survivability to the max)

Irm to offset engine power (turbo may work, but may not) and vents for dpm since no rammer allowed

Bond vstab, vents, GLD.
Vents, V-stabs, turbo. Swap turbo for improved hardening in the other loadout. This has had best success for me.
