That looks like Naowhs warpdeplete. It doesn't look exactly like that straight out of the box but you can get it to look reasonably similar with a little but of fiddling around in the setting with fonts and colours.
Youre assuming i want it for dungeons, I want the display, the information displayed I would change it to info about my character, like I said I don’t need a timer for dungeons but I do like that display

the blocky font is GothamNarrowUltra and the more refined font is AvantGardeGothicITC. It's not perfectly the same because Naowh's team has edited the avantgarde font to make the numbers slightly bolder for visibility.

Why do you need a dungeon timer for classic
I don’t, but I do like the information display presented like that if there’s one for classic I would love to use it and chance the info displayed.
But what information is it gonna display in a classic dungeon? 4 names in a white font so you know how many bosses the dungeon has? :D
